Tracy began her career at Baird in 2011 as a Client Assistant, she obtained her licenses later that year qualifying her as a Client Specialist and in 2017 was promoted to a Senior Client Specialist. Within these early years she took pride in the high level of client service she provided and thoroughly enjoyed building deep relationships with the clients. She also achieved a few awards including CRA of the Quarter within Milwaukee PWM in April of 2015, as well as being named one of two 2015 Branch Support All-Stars throughout the firm. In July of 2018, Tracy took on her current role as a Branch Administrative Manager. She now manages the support staff in the Milwaukee branch along with Natalie Cook. She also works in collaboration with Zach Arndt, Associate Branch Manager, and supports Pete Duback as the Market Director. She genuinely loves helping others develop their talents and reach their goals.
Background
Before joining Baird, Tracy worked in Long Term Care Insurance with John Hancock where she held several different roles including a New Business Analyst and Client Relationship Manager. During her time at Baird, Tracy has also been actively involved within the firm, serving as Leadership Liaison for the Associate Financial Advisor Council, a Co-facilitator for one of ASCEND's small networking groups, a member of the Branch Associate Leadership Council, and leading many focus groups to continually improve efficiencies across the firm.
Education/Licensing
Tracy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She currently holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, Series 9/10 securities sale supervisor license as well as life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
Personal
Tracy is originally from the Milwaukee area and currently resides in Muskego with her husband, Adam, their two daughters, and their dog. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching or watching her daughters play sports, boating, riding her Peloton, playing volleyball, and traveling.
