Zach started his career at Baird in 2017 as the Branch Administrative Supervisor and is now the Associate Branch Manager. He works directly alongside Pete Duback and helps support Baird’s Metro Milwaukee Market. He spends his time serving the financial advising teams and helping them grow by removing obstacles and providing resources. Zach is also actively involved in financial advisor recruitment.
Background
Prior to joining Baird, Zach was an Insurance Underwriter at Acuity Insurance. At Baird, Zach has helped lead several internal groups including the Branch Associate Leadership Council (BALC) and Baird’s Associate Resource Group, PULSE, which is focused on finding ways for associates born in different generations to work together more effectively.
Education/Licensing
Zach graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics and an emphasis in Risk, Insurance, and Financial Planning. Zach currently holds his Series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 66 licenses as well as his CFP® designation.
Personal
Zach and his wife Amanda have one son, Bennett. He spends most of his time being active outdoors, taking on a house project, or whipping up something new in the kitchen.
